Free six week film music course for 16-19yr olds in Colchester and Tendring.

Are you a musician who wants to experiment with writing music for films? Soundtrack is the perfect opportunity to develop new skills and learn from industry professionals. Soundtrack is a 6 week schedule of workshops where you’ll learn to write music for film and animation. Experiment with sound design, create your own Foley and compose a soundtrack with our online workshops.

Soundtrack is for young people aged 16-19 who live in the borough of Colchester or Tendring.

Soundtrack runs every Wednesday from 22nd July to 26th August, the sessions are 2hrs long running from 10am – 12pm.

Each session will take place on Google Meet, a video calling software you access through your browser. Links will be sent to successful applicants. You will need a computer to take part, unfortunately this course cannot be completed on mobile devices. If you do not have a computer, we can provide one – just let us know on the application form.
